Introduction
“Sentinel” is a high-end collectible brand established in 2008, aiming at bringing freshness to the toy industry by offering high-quality collectibles with originality, craftsmanship and playability to our customers.
We are constantly striving to advance our technology such as paint skills and joint gimmicks. Having Japanese designers, talented sculptors and professional engineers for product development and having long-partnered with an experienced factory for manufacturing helps us overcome a lot of unexpected difficulties at various stages of production and even exceed our limit again and again.
In early years, we mainly focused on Japanese robot characters appeared in games and anime in the 70s and 80s. Throughout the years “Sentinel” have become well-known for modern design, immaculate paint and “crazy articulation” (a term invented by us to describe extremely complicated joint design which makes any pose accomplishable).
Encouraged by the growing number of our fans, we started to work on internationally recognizable characters from Marvel and Disney in 2014. Seeing dullness in the toy market, we determinedly became the first to acquire the license to make comic version Iron Man. Despite limited references, we managed to recreate highly detailed Iron Man figures with astonishing posability from 2D comic drawings.
Official store “Sen-ti-den” was opened in September 2015 to cater to our customers’ desire for seeing prototypes at development stage and buying from an official store.
